All children are welcome.
- Free! One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a crib.
- One child from 4 to 12 years is charged EUR 25 per person per night in an extra bed.
- One older child or adult is charged EUR 40 per person per night in an extra bed.
- The maximum number of extra beds/cribs in a room is 1.
- Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

For reservations 25/10/19 to 30/03/2020 excluding holidays and public holidays:
- A) Cancellation 14 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
- B) Cancellation after 14 days, there is a charge of 50% of the total cost of your stay.
- C) Cancellation 3 days prior to the arrival date, or in case of no show you will have to pay the 100% of the total cost of your stay.

For reservations on holiday periods
25/10/2019 until (including) 27/10/2019
20/12/2019 until (including) 06/01/2020
14/02/2020 until(including) 15/02/2020
28/02/2020 until(including) 02/03/2020
- A) The guest will be charged with 50% of the total price if they cancel right after the reservation.
- B) The guest will be charged with 100% of the total price if they cancel within 21 days before arrival.
- C) The guest have to pre pay 50% of the total price right after the reservation and the rest amount within 21 days before arrival.

For early departures 50% of remaining stay is charged.
In order to confirm your reservation, you need to pay a deposit 50% of the total price.
The remaining amount is paid with any extras upon departure.
