Payment Policy
For reservations with Pre-Paid/Non-Refundable rate plans the total cost of all nights will be charged at the time of booking and it is not refundable. For reservations with flexible rate plans credit card will be pre-authorized with the amount of the first night’s room rent, for validity check reasons only.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation is allowed for reservations with Pre-Paid/Non-Refundable rate plans, as special conditions apply. Reservations with flexible rate plans can be cancelled free of charge till 24h before arrival.
